n 2016 Mencap surveyed over 300 young people with a learning disability and found that:  1 in 3 spend less than 1 hour outside their homes on a typical Saturday  49.3% would like to spend more time outside their house  17.8% feel alone and cut off from other people The theme of Learning Disability Week 2019 is sport and inclusion.
